A militant was killed in an in a single day encounter within the Parimpora space of Jammu and Kashmir, police stated on Wednesday. Militants had opened hearth on safety forces throughout a cordon and search operation within the Parimpora space on Tuesday night, a police official stated. He stated the cordon was strengthened after and the 2 sides exchanged hearth intermittently all through the evening. One militant has been killed up to now, the official stated, including the operation was in progress. 
Meanwhile, in one other incident, a central reserve police pressure (CRPF) trooper was injured on Wednesday in Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora district when the sentry at a camp fired warning pictures after noticing suspicious motion.

Police stated the sentry at a camp within the Papchan space of Bandipora district seen some suspicious motion through the evening after which he fired warning pictures within the air.
“A constable of CRPF 3rd battalion identified as Vikas Kumar was injured in this incident,” a police officer stated.
“He was shifted to hospital where doctors have described his condition as stable. We are ascertaining the exact details as to how the constable got injured if the sentry fired warning shots in the air,” the police officer added.
