IndiGo’s Delhi-Doha flight diverted to Karachi as a consequence of emergency, passenger dies

NEW DELHI: An IndiGo flight from the nationwide capital to Doha was diverted to Karachi as a consequence of a medical emergency onboard, the airline mentioned on Monday.

According to an announcement, the flight 6E-1736 was diverted as a result of medical emergency however “sadly, on arrival, the passenger was declared useless by the airport medical crew.

The flight was working from Delhi to Doha in Qatar and was diverted to Karachi in Pakistan.

The airline mentioned it was making preparations for transferring the opposite passengers of the flight, in coordination with the related authorities.

“We are deeply saddened by the news and our prayers and wishes are with his family and loved ones,” IndiGo mentioned within the assertion.
