IndiGo bars specially-abled youngster from boarding flight for ‘panicking’; DGCA begins probe

NEW DELHI: IndiGo barred a specially-abled youngster from boarding a flight on the Ranchi airport as he was in “a state of panic”, following which the aviation regulator DGCA has began a probe and requested the airline to submit a report, officers mentioned on Sunday.

As the boy was prohibited from boarding the airline’s Ranchi-Hyderabad flight on Saturday, his mother and father additionally determined to not take the flight, they famous.

DGCA chief Arun Kumar advised PTI that the regulator has sought a report from IndiGo on this matter.
