Implement central & state schemes in letter and spirit: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Secretary

ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar has directed all departmental heads to make sure that funds bulletins made by Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein are carried out in letter and spirit.

Adding that each funds announcement can be given proportionate allocation, Kumar requested the departments to set timeframes to realize the targets for a similar. “The government will view it seriously if the targets are not achieved in the proposed timeframe,” he stated.

Since the 12 months 2022 has been declared because the ’12 months of e-governance’, the chief secretary, whereas reviewing the e-governance tasks beneath the division of data know-how and communication saidm, “All files between the directorates and secretariat should move through e-office from May 1.”

Similarly, by June 1, e-office cells must be developed within the workplaces of all of the deputy commissioners and all utilization certificates must be communicated via it, he stated. The chief secretary additionally requested the officers involved to make sure that VSAT/ OFC connections to varsities, police stations and all of the circle headquarters are established on the earliest.
