The Himachal Pradesh Police has rescued over 300 vacationers stranded close to the Atal Tunnel at Rohtang after recent snowfall, an official stated on Sunday.
Some vacationers had crossed the tunnel on Saturday morning however within the night, they may not discover any resting place in Lahaul attributable to snowfall and have been stranded halfway whereas returning to Manali, Kullu SP Gaurav Singh stated.
The Lahaul-Spiti Police in coordination with the Kullu Police despatched autos by means of the tunnel within the night.
