‘Highly untimely to say there is no such thing as a proof towards Aryan Khan in Cordelia cruise ship drug case’

MUMBAI: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) chief and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) DDG (operation), Sanjay Singh, on Wednesday, stated that it’s extremely untimely to say that there is no such thing as a proof towards Aryan Khan within the Cordelia cruise ship drug case.

Singh’s assertion got here after the stories of no proof towards Aryan Khan within the Cordelia cruise ship drug case surfaced.

“Highly premature to say that there’s no evidence against Aryan Khan. Probe still in progress; recorded multiple statements. Have not reached any conclusion yet,” Singh advised ANI.

Earlier in December, the Bombay High Court relieved Aryan Khan, who was arrested within the drugs-on-cruise case, from showing earlier than Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) each week.

However, the court docket had directed him to seem earlier than Delhi’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) every time summoned.
