A division bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice M S Karnik disposed of three petitions filed by staff unions, particularly Aviation Industry Employees Guild (AIEG), Air Corporation Employees Union (ACEU) and All India Service Engineers Association (AISEA), in search of quashing of the airline’s discover issued in October final 12 months and May this 12 months.
