Gujarat: 13 Labourers killed, 6 injured after truck runs over them in Surat’s Kosamba

New Delhi: In a coronary heart wrenching incident,  13 individuals had been crushed to dying after they had been run over by a truck in Surat’s Kosamba late Monday evening, police mentioned.
According to the reviews it’s mentioned that each one the deceased had been labourers hailing from Banswada district in Rajasthan, police mentioned. During the time of the incident, the labourers had been sleeping on a footpath.
“A truck collided with a tractor loaded with sugarcane after which the driver of the truck lost control of the vehicle and drove it over the pavement where the labourers were sleeping,” CM Jadeja, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kamrej Division, Surat mentioned.

Six individuals, who suffered accidents within the accident, have been hospitalised.
