GMADA extends final date for making use of for residential plots at Eco City-2
1 min read The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) on Thursday prolonged the final date for allotment of 289 residential plots at Eco City-2 in New Chandigarh until January 29. Earlier, the scheme slated to shut on Thursday.
Sharing the small print, an official spokesperson of GMADA stated that the allotment worth of the plots has been fastened at Rs 25,000 per sq. yard.
GMADA had provided sizes of 200 sq yd, 300 sq yds, 400 sq yds, 450 sq yds, 500 sq yds, 1,000 sq yds and a pair of,000 sq yds. The scheme brochure could be bought from the Single Window Service Counter, PUDA Bhawan. The candidates can also apply on-line by visiting the web site.
