Four killed in Jharkhand as roof of unlawful mine collapses

Four individuals have been killed and two injured when the roof of an unlawful mica mine caved in Jharkhand’s Koderma district, a senior official stated.
Koderma Deputy Commissioner Ramesh Gholap instructed PTI that six individuals have been trapped when the roof of the unlawful mine caved in on Thursday night. Two individuals have been rescued by native villagers on Thursday evening itself. The our bodies of 4 others, together with a girl, have been taken out of the rubble on Friday.
The unlawful mica mine is positioned in a dense jungle within the district.
Koderma Superintendent of Police Ehtesham Waqarib stated that earlier studies had stated that a minimum of six individuals have been feared buried within the unlawful mine collapse.

Divisional Forest Officer (Wildlife) Hazaribagh, Avnish Kumar Chaudhary stated that police assistance is being taken for the arrest of Islam Mian, accused of working the unlawful mine.
