Farmers threaten to carry tractor rally on Jan 6 if talks on farm legal guidelines fail

Farmers’ organisations beneath the Samyukta Kisan Morcha, after a gathering at Singhu border, on Friday mentioned that if the talks with the federal government on January 4 fail then they’ll intensify the protest and maintain a tractor rally on January 6.

Bharatiya Kisan Union (Lakhowal) General Secretary Harinder Singh Lakhowal instructed IANS, “The subjects of the subsequent spherical of talks with the federal government had been mentioned within the assembly.

The authorities has agreed to our two calls for, however two necessary calls for are but to be mentioned on January 4. If these two calls for will not be negotiated through the talks with the federal government, then a tractor rally will likely be taken out on January 6.”
