NEW DELHI: Indian farmers have to shift from rice to millet cultivation to scale back excessive water consumption, India’s G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant on Wednesday mentioned, including that solely millets must be given within the Centre’s flagship Poshan Abhiyan.
