Farmers can enter Delhi for R-day tractor rally, to remain close to borders

In view of the Republic Day celebrations, the Delhi Police has deployed a five-layer safety in and across the metropolis. Over 40,000 police, ITBP and CRPF personnel can be deployed at Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur borders, police stated.
