MEDININAGAR: A 23-year-old lady was strangulated to lack of life allegedly by her in-laws in Jharkhand’s Palamu district over dowry, police talked about.
A case was registered on Sunday in direction of seven of us, collectively along with her husband, his mom and father, sisters and brother who had been on the run, they talked about.
