Faced unprecedented harassment resulting from PM go to: Adhir letter to EC

Senior Congress chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury Saturday wrote to Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora saying he was subjected to “unprecedented harassment” on the Kolkata airport as he was “stopped for hours” due to PM Narendra Modi’s arrival on the terminal.
The Congress chief stated he needed to cancel a political programme due to the delay. He stated the PM’s safety shouldn’t be at “the cost and harassment to another political leader” whereas he’s travelling to attend a political occasion.
