The division of city and nation planning (DTCP) has begun an enormous drive in opposition to the industrial institutions that have been working within the residential buildings illegally in Gurugram. On Tuesday, the DTCP has sealed over 150 industrial institutions and demolish two unlawful under-construction buildings at U1 lane in DLF Phase-3 in Gurugram. People have been working saloons, property supplier retailers, eating places, medical retailers and grocery retailers within the space.
The huge sealing and demolition drive was resisted by locals roughly 500 individuals have been gathered on the spot. District Town Planner (DTP) RS Batth led the drive, Assistant Town Planner (ATP) Ashish Sharma and JEs together with 100 police personnel have been current within the drive.
Batth stated that below The Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 notices had been served to the homeowners of those items however there was no motion taken by the homeowners.

“We have already served warnings that in the coming days there will be more sealing campaign will take place. As per the rules, commercial activities are not allowed in residential areas, be it licensed colonies that come under DTCP or plots in sectors falling under Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP),” Batth stated.
The DTCP had acquired a criticism that there are over 150 homes which are permitting industrial actions to happen of their premises.
According to officers DLF Phase-3 has a lot of PG homes and guesthouses owing to its proximity to varied industrial areas like Cyber City and Golf Course street. Most of those PGs will not be licensed. Most of the PGs in an space of 150 to 200 sq. yards constructed flooring which are greater than 5 storeys.
