‘Don’t inform cause, clear up the issue’: Akhilesh to govt on energy disaster

LUCKNOW: Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday criticised the state authorities for “telling reasons” as an alternative of fixing the ability disaster.

He posted a tweet attaching an excerpt of knowledge given by Energy Minister A Ok Sharma which spoke in regards to the closure of some energy technology items as a consequence of technical causes.

Sharing the information, Yadav stated, “Government’s job is not telling the cause of a problem but to solve it.”

A day in the past, Sharma had tweeted: “Some power generation units in UP are closed for several weeks due to technical reasons in which Harduaganj-660 MW, Meja-660 MW, Bara-660 MW are included. Harduaganj-605 MW was also damaged by the seasonal storm. Efforts are being made to fix them and start the power supply on a war footing.”

On Friday too, Akhilesh Yadav in an announcement had focused the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, alleging that the folks of the state are getting scorched by warmth and the unannounced energy cuts.

Yadav stated that from Purvanchal to western Uttar Pradesh, folks have been struggling and the ability disaster is deepening with hovering mercury.
