Delhi HC permits Prannoy, Radhika Roy to journey abroad, says there is no such thing as a flight hazard

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court Tuesday granted permission to NDTV founders Prannoy Roy and his partner Radhika Roy to journey abroad for 3 weeks for enterprise goal and personal causes.
Justice Prathiba M Singh talked about owing to the expert standing of the petitioners, they do not pose a flight hazard and are permitted to journey abroad from July 25 to August 15.
The extreme courtroom allowed them to go to the United Kingdom after fulfilling wanted circumstances imposed by the courtroom sooner than the registrar.
