Delhi HC provides Centre final probability to clear stand on same-sex marriages

The Delhi High Court on Friday granted the Centre and the Delhi authorities one final probability to file a response to petitions searching for the popularity and registration of same-sex marriages underneath the Hindu Marriage Act, the Special Marriage Act and the Foreign Marriage Act.
