Custodial demise: SC tells Gujarat to reply on ex-IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt’s plea

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed the Gujarat authorities to file its reply on a petition by sacked IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt to submit extra proof to assist his attraction within the Gujarat High Court towards his conviction in a 1990 custodial demise case.
