Congress MLA Ganesh Ghogra submits resignation to Ashok Gehlot

JAIPUR: Congress chief Ganesh Ghogra despatched his resignation as an MLA to Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Wednesday, a day after a case was registered towards him for creating ruckus in Dungarpur district, official sources mentioned.

Such resignation letters should be addressed to the meeting Speaker.

Ghogra, nonetheless, has addressed it to Gehlot, marking a duplicate to Speaker C P Joshi.

In his resignation letter, Ghogra mentioned that regardless of being a ruling occasion MLA and the Youth Congress’ state president, he was being uncared for and his voice was being suppressed by the native administration and officers.

Sources within the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) mentioned Ghogra’s resignation letter has been acquired.

Hazari Lal Meena, Station House Officer of Sadar police station, mentioned 11 individuals, together with Ghogra, have been named within the FIR and 50-60 unidentified individuals have been booked.
