Congress more likely to elevate illustration of SCs, STs, OBCs and minorities in organisation to 50 per cent

UDAIPUR: Congress is probably going to herald a measure to make sure 50 per cent illustration to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, OBCs and minorities in any respect ranges of the occasion organisation.
