Completely unconstitutional govt run in Maharashtra: Uddhav faction; SC to listen to pleas on Jan 13

NEW DELHI: The Uddhav Thackeray-led faction of the Shiv Sena on Tuesday advised the Supreme Court {that a} “completely unconstitutional government is being run” in Maharashtra.

A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice PS Narasimha stated it’s going to hear a batch of petitions on the Maharashtra political disaster on January 13 because it won’t be doable for the five-judge Constitution bench to sit down subsequent week, which will likely be for miscellaneous issues.
