Class 2 scholar dies after scuffle with fellow college students in Uttar Pradesh

FIROZABAD: A Class 2 scholar of a main college within the Shikohabad space right here died following a scuffle with fellow college students, police stated on Tuesday.

The incident occurred in Kishanpur village on Monday when a scuffle broke out between Shivam and another college students, who jumped on his chest, Station House Officer of Shikohabad police station Harvindra Mishra.

Shivam (7) was taken to a hospital the place he died on Tuesday, he stated.

The physique has been despatched for autopsy, the SHO added.

A probe has been launched into the matter and the varsity administration can also be being questioned, police stated.

District Magistrate Ravi Ranjan, when contacted, stated Basic Education Officer Ashish Kumar Pandey and SDM Shikohabad Shiv Dhyan Pandey have been despatched to the spot to probe the matter.

Further motion shall be taken after autopsy report is obtained and questioning of faculty principal, academics and college students is accomplished, he stated.
