A 16-year-old pupil of sophistication X died by suicide in his home in neighbouring Vikarabad district of Telangana allegedly after his faculty instructor requested him to not come to highschool, police mentioned on Saturday. The incident occurred at Kulkacherla mandal of the district and the boy’s dad and mom discovered him hanging in his room on Friday, the police mentioned.
In a notice purportedly written by him, the boy mentioned he took the intense step as his instructor threatened him if he got here to highschool, they mentioned. When he went to the college two days in the past, the boy was advised by the instructor to carry a letter signed by his dad and mom for attending courses and the boy reportedly felt offended, the police mentioned.

Based on a grievance by the boy’s father, a case beneath IPC part 306 (abetment to suicide) in opposition to the instructor was registered and investigation started, they mentioned.
After 10 months of suspension because of the COVID-19 pandemic, courses 9 and above in faculties resumed so did schools throughout the state from February 1.
