Chhattisgarh Congress MLA apologises for blaming well being minister for assault on him

A day after ruckus over an alleged assault on Congress MLA Brihaspati Singh led the Chhattisgarh meeting session to get adjourned, Singh Wednesday issued an apology for his allegations that the assault was staged by well being minister and his senior social gathering colleague T S Singh Deo.
Cashing in on the infighting between the 2 Congressmen, BJP had managed to stall the Monsoon session within the House, main Singh Deo to stroll out of the ground.
In the apology, Singh stated, “I had made the allegations as an emotional outburst in front of the media. I regret my action.” On Sunday, the MLA from Ramanujganj had claimed a car in his convoy was attacked in Surguja district allegedly on the behest of Singh Deo on Saturday night as a result of he (Brihaspati Singh) had praised Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel amid talks a few purported components for sharing of the CM’s publish.

Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu Wednesday stated, “I have already made my stand clear. Allegations against T S Singh Deo are unsubstantiated and not true.”
Following these statements, Singh Deo obtained calls from different cabinet ministers and he returned to the meeting. Speaking to the media, he stated, “The matter has reached its conclusion. Now we need to work as a team and I am here to do my work.”
The meeting session was adjourned Tuesday after Singh Deo demanded the federal government to make clear the allegations in opposition to him.
