Centre ‘weaponising’ ache of Kashmiri Pandits by selling ‘Kashmir Files’, says Mehbooba

SRINAGAR: The aggressive method wherein the Centre is selling ‘The Kashmir Files’ movie and ‘weaponising’ the ache of Kashmiri Pandits makes its ‘unwell intention’ apparent, PDP president Mehbooba Mufti mentioned on Wednesday.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief mentioned as an alternative of therapeutic previous wounds and making a conducive environment between the 2 communities, the Centre is ‘intentionally tearing them aside’.

‘The method wherein GOI (authorities of India) is aggressively selling Kashmir Files & is weaponising ache of Kashmiri Pandits makes their unwell intention apparent,’ Mehbooba wrote on Twitter.

Written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Zee Studios, the movie depicts the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley within the Nineteen Nineties. It stars Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi amongst others.
