CBI seized my laptop, telephone: Sisodia after raid at residence

NEW DELHI: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, whose home was raided on Friday by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in reference to alleged irregularities in implementation of Excise Policy 2021-22, stated the company seized his laptop and cell phone after a number of hours of search and likewise took away some information.
He asserted that he didn’t commit any flawed and was not scared by the CBI and its raid.
“The CBI team reached in the morning and searched the whole house. My family and myself extended them full cooperation. They seized my computer and mobile phone. They also took away some files,” he informed reporters after the raid that lasted a number of hours.
Sisodia alleged that the Centre was misusing the company to cease the Arvind Kejriwal authorities from “doing good work” in Delhi.
He stated that CBI officers behaved nicely throughout the raid.
Meanwhile, studies quoted Sisodia as saying, “we are honest people and have been working honestly have done nothing wrong.” He additional stated, the AAP authorities constructed colleges and hospitals and with individuals’s blessings, “the Central govt can use CBI as much as they want but school and hospital work will keep going on.”
“We have completed nothing flawed did no corruption due to this fact not afraid. CBI is being misused,” he stated.
