Case in opposition to ex-SP MLA Rameshwar Yadav for unlawful occupation of presidency land

ETAH: A case was registered on Saturday in opposition to ex-Samajwadi Party MLA Rameshwar Yadav, who was arrested two days in the past in one other case, for alleged unlawful occupation of presidency land, police stated.

He was arrested from Agra on Thursday evening and despatched to judicial custody by a court docket the subsequent day. The arrest had come after an FIR was lodged in opposition to Rameshwar Yadav and his brother Jugendra Singh Yadav beneath the Gangster Act on April 18 for alleged land encroachment. The duo was absconding following the FIR.

Another FIR has been lodged in opposition to the previous SP MLA, his absconding brother Jugendra Singh Yadav, who can be the district panchayat chairman, and a few others on the Jaithra police station, Additional Superintendent of Police Dhananjay Kushwaha stated.

The SP leaders have been accused of illegally occupying the federal government’s barren land and constructing a wedding corridor and their homes on it, the police officer stated.

According to police, over 70 circumstances are lodged in opposition to Rameshwar Singh Yadav at numerous police stations of the district beneath severe costs, together with an try and homicide and voluntarily inflicting harm.
