GOPESHWAR: Three individuals had been rescued and some others are feared trapped beneath particles after a constructing collapsed on Tuesday at Helang close to subsidence-hit Joshimath in Chamoli district, officers stated.

Additional Information Officer of the district Ravindra Negi stated these rescued had been rushed to a hospital whereas State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) personnel had been attempting to securely deliver out the others trapped within the constructing.
