Ban net collection ‘Tandav’: BJP MP Manoj Kotak writes to Javadekar

New Delhi: Amazon Prime Video’s political drama collection Tandav has been into hassle for the reason that launch. From social media to politicians all are calling for a boycott or ban for the net collection.
Now, BJP MP Manoj Kotak has written to Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar, requesting him to ban the net collection ‘Tandav’.
“It seems that makers of Tandav have deliberately mocked Hindu Gods & disrespected Hindu religious sentiments,” he writes within the letter.

Earlier, BJP MLA Ram Kadam lodges a grievance in opposition to the makers of net collection Tandav at Ghatkopar police station in Mumbai for allegedly insulting Hindu Gods.
“Strict against should be taken against the actor, director and producer of the web series,” he says.
Ali Abbas Zafar’s political drama ‘Tandav,’ Amazon Prime Video was launched on January 15.

Produced by Himanshu Kishan Mehra and Ali Abbas Zafar, ‘Tandav’ is created and directed by Zafar making it his digital directorial debut.
The nine-episode engrossing political drama is written by Gaurav Solanki and encompasses a stellar ensemble solid together with Saif Ali Khan, Dimple Kapadia, Sunil Grover, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Dino Morea, Kumud Mishra, Gauahar Khan, Amyra Dastur, Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub, and Kritika Kamra, amongst others.
The present that sees Khan within the function of a charismatic political chief will launch on Amazon Prime Video on January 15.
