Anti-Corruption Bureau arrests BDO in Jharkhand
1 min read The Anti-Corruption Bureau has arrested a Block Development Officer (BDO) in Jharkhand’s Palamu district whereas allegedly accepting a bribe from a person, an official stated.
The BDO of Hariharganj, Jago Mahato was arrested by ACB sleuths on Friday when he was allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 7,000 from a person to permit him to do some development work, the official stated.
The ACB laid a lure to arrest Mahato after a criticism was acquired that the was demanding bribe from a person to permit him to do development work, the officers stated.
