RUPNAGAR: Congress chief Alka Lamba, summoned over a case of “inflammatory statements” towards Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, appeared earlier than the police right here on Wednesday as occasion staff held a protest exterior the SSP workplace over the matter.
