Aero India 2023: 13-memeber US delegtaion to go to aerospace exhibition in Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: A 13-member US delegation will likely be attending the Aero India 2023 which begins on Sunday. The aerospace exhibition will likely be held on the Air Force Station in Yelahanka, Bengaluru  from February 13–17 . The biennial airshow could be inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi.

US Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Ambassador Elizabeth Jones has stated that the US will showcase work-class tools, coaching, functionality and interoperability that US trade and army supply.

“As India modernizes its defence capabilities, actually we need to be the accomplice of selection. We are more and more centered on mutually helpful co-production and co-development partnerships. We see India as an indispensable accomplice  for a safer, extra affluent, extra open, and freer Indo-Pacific area,” stated Ambassador Jones.

“Robust U.S. engagement at Aero India strengthens the U.S.-India protection partnership, demonstrates our dedication to the safety of the Indo-Pacific, promotes interoperability,  and shows the versatile fight capabilities of the U.S. Military. As President Joe Biden stated, “The future of every of our nations – and certainly the world – will depend on a free and open Indo-Pacific enduring and flourishing within the many years forward,’’ stated Ambassador Jones.

Interestingly, the United States Air Force Band of the Pacific’s seven-member music ensemble `Final Approach’ will carry out for the general public at Aero India on February 16 and at a number of venues in Bengaluru all through the week.
