16 college students from Kerala injured after bus overturns in MP; car helper killed

PANNA: A bus carrying college students from Kerala overturned in Madhya Pradesh’s Panna’s district, killing the car’s helper and injuring 16 college students, an official stated on Sunday.

The incident happened on Saturday night close to Kuakheda village, positioned about 150 km from the district headquarters, Raipura police station in-charge Sudhir Baigi stated.

The bus, carrying college students from a school in Thrissur below a discipline go to programme, was going to Katni in MP when it overturned, killing its helper, he stated.

Out of the entire 32 college students travelling within the car, 16 have been injured they usually obtained major therapy in Raipura’s authorities hospital, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Shahnagar space, Rachna Sharma stated.

Two of the scholars, together with one who obtained a head harm, have been referred to Jabalpur for additional therapy.

The different one who obtained leg harm had requested to be shifted to Jabalpur, she stated.

The college students had come to Sagar’s Harisingh Gour University from Kerala and have been going to Katni as a part of a discipline go to programme, she stated.
