More than 150 individuals took unwell after consuming ‘prasad’ at a mass non secular congregation Balasore, a senior official stated. Of them, 111 individuals needed to be rushed to close by neighborhood well being centre and clinics as their situation turned severe, he stated.
According to official sources, devotees complained of nausea and unfastened movement after consuming ‘prasad’ on Friday night at a non secular ceremony at Guilajudi village in Basta block of the district.
Most of them recovered after preliminary remedy, the official stated.
A medical crew from Balasore district headquarters hospital visited the affected space earlier within the day to take care of the sufferers.
