The official trailer of the supernatural horror movie The Boogeyman, the variation of a Stephen King brief story, has been launched by twentieth Century Studios.

The unique brief story The Boogeyman was first printed in 1973 in a problem of the journal Cavalier. 

The story is advised by the eyes of a psychiatrist. He listens to a affected person who claims to be focused by a supernatural creature. But it looks as if the movie is not only the direct adaptation of King’s unique story. The trailer hints that the movie revolves across the daughters of the psychiatrist.

Directed by Rob Savage, who beforehand helmed Host, the movie’s screenplay is penned by A Quiet Place author duo Scott Beck and Bryan Woods with Black Swan author Mark Heyman. 

The movie options Sophie Thatcher, Chris Messina, Vivien Lyra Blair, Marin Ireland, Madison Hu, LisaGay Hamilton and David Dastmalchian in key roles. The Boogeyman will hit theatres within the US on June 2.
