Jiah Khan suicide case verdict: Sooraj Pancholi has been acquitted inside the case by a specific CBI courtroom docket in Mumbai on Friday due to the ‘lack of proof’.

Mumbai: Actor Sooraj Pancholi has been acquitted inside the Jiah Khan suicide case. A specific CBI courtroom docket on Friday pronounced its judgment inside the 10-year-long case. The courtroom docket cited a shortage of proof inside the case in the direction of Sooraj whereas asserting the choice in Mumbai. Speaking to the data channels, Sooraj’s father, actor Aditya Pancholi welcomed the courtroom docket’s verdict and known as it an unlimited discount. He acknowledged, “It’s a huge relief not only for Sooraj but also for the whole family.”

Sooraj was the prime accused inside the case after Jiah’s mother, Rabia Khan accused him of abetting her daughter’s suicide. I have maintained that she was killed but the court has given its judgment on the basis of the abetment to suicide. I respect the court’s decision. CBI hasn’t collected evidence. We will be approaching the High Court.”

The courtroom docket on Friday maintained that regardless that there have been 22 prosecution witnesses inside the case with Rabia Khan being the prime witness who testified in the direction of Sooraj, they weren’t adequate to indicate that the actor was immediately involved in Jiah’s dying.
