But by the time it came out, it streamed on OTT, I saw the film and I just felt ki yaar, yeh toh nahi tha mera kirdaar (I just felt that this was not what my role was supposed to be). But it’s okay,” she expressed.

Shilpa is now gearing up for Nikamma by which she shares the display screen area with Abhimanyu Dassani. The movie marks Shirley Setia’s Bollywood debut. Shilpa performs Abhimanyu’s sister-in-law within the movie. She, as Avni, is launched as a superwoman within the promos and teaser of the movie.
