Tollywood star Rana Daggubati and his father, famous movie producer D. Suresh Babu, have landed in authorized bother in a case of alleged land grabbing right here. The Baahubali actor and his father have been named within the case filed by native businessman Pramod Kumar, who has alleged that father and son are pressuring him to vacate land that belongs to him. The third extra chief metropolitan Justice of the Peace courtroom at Nampally within the metropolis has issued summons to them on this matter.

According to the criticism, the disputed land in Shaikpet was leased out to him in 2014 by Suresh Babu. When the lease ended, Suresh Babu allegedly determined to promote the property to him for Rs 18 crore and a deal was struck.

Pramod Kumar claims that whereas he has made a cost of Rs 5 crore in the direction of the deal, Suresh Babu has not bothered to finish sale and registration processes. The complainant has alleged that earlier than the matter may very well be resolved, Suresh Babu transferred the property to his son Rana’s title.
