Kanye West releases shock album on Christmas

LOS ANGELES: Rapper-producer Kanye West dropped a shock file, titled ‘Emmanuel’, on Christmas Day.

According to Deadline, the five-song EP is “inspired by ancient and Latin music.” This is the second consecutive Christmas launch for West after final 12 months’s gospel-inspired album “Jesus Is Born”, which he recorded together with his Sunday Service Choir.

“Emmanuel”, written and government produced by West, options the Sunday Service Choir on all the mission.

Described as a “celebration of the miracle of the birth of Jesus Christ,” the album embody the Christian prayer “Requiem Aeternam” (“Eternal Rest”) and the choral work “O Magnum Mysterium.”

The 43-year-old began his Sunday Service occasions in early 2019 when he started internet hosting semi-regular gatherings that includes music.

The first public Sunday Service efficiency occurred at Coachella on Easter Sunday, 2019.
