The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences nominated the Indian documentary movie “Writing With Fire”, beneath the Best Documentary Feature class through the 94th Oscars Nominations Show on Tuesday.

Directed by Thomas and Sushmit Ghosh, each debutants, “Writing With Fire” chronicles the rise of Khabar Lahariya, India’s solely newspaper run by Dalit girls.

“Writing With Fire” follows this formidable group of Dalit marvel girls – led by their chief reporter, Meera – because the group switches from print to the digital medium with a view to keep related.
