BAFTA units date for 2022 award ceremony, venue not confirmed

LONDON: The British Academy of Film and Television Awards (BAFTA) on Monday introduced March 13 because the date for its 2022 movie awards ceremony.

The occasion might be broadcast within the UK on BBC One, in line with a press launch.

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, the BAFTAs have been held in April this 12 months versus its conventional March date.

While there was no affirmation of venue, the BAFTAs have been held on the iconic Royal Albert Hall for the previous few years.
