Actor Zach Avery arrested in reference to Hollywood Ponzi scheme

LOS ANGELES: Actor Zach Avery has been arrested in reference to a large Hollywood Ponzi scheme.

According to Los Angeles Times, Avery, whose actual identify is Zachary J Horwitz, was taken into custody on Tuesday with the federal investigators alleging that he defrauded traders out of greater than USD 227 million.

Horwitz has appeared in minor roles in motion pictures corresponding to “Fury”, “Curvature”, “Farming” and “The White Crow”.
