Actor Sean Penn plans to assist Ukrainian refugees by means of his charity

LOS ANGELES: Award winning-actor Sean Penn has been filming a documentary concerning the Russian invasion of the nation, and he is now struck a take care of Mayor of Krakow Jacek Majchrowski to produce assist to Ukrainian refugees by means of his charity.
