Twitter to call high shareholder Elon Musk to board

Twitter Inc mentioned on Tuesday it will identify high shareholder and Tesla boss Elon Musk to its board, a day after the billionaire disclosed a 9.2 per cent stake within the social media firm.

Musk will function a Class II director, with the time period expiring at Twitter’s 2024 annual assembly of stockholders.
