TRAI Chairman: ‘Open RAN will present opportunities’

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) Chairman PD Vaghela on Tuesday stated that use of Open RAN (radio entry community) and software program outlined telecom networks will open new alternatives for Indian entities to enter into the community gear market. He stated the federal government’s transfer to encourage native firms to rollout the 4G community of BSNL will present a right away alternative to the Indian producers within the gear area.
