Tata Coffee shares leap almost 9% after Q2 earnings

Shares of Tata Coffee on Tuesday zoomed almost 9 per cent after the corporate reported a 26.55 per cent leap in consolidated web revenue for the September quarter.
The inventory gained 8.45 per cent to its 52-week excessive of Rs 254 on BSE.
On NSE, it jumped 8.64 per cent to its 52-week excessive of Rs 254.40.
Tata Coffee on Monday reported a 26.55 per cent leap in consolidated web revenue for the September quarter at Rs 53.66 crore, pushed by value-added companies.
The firm’s consolidated web revenue in the course of the corresponding quarter of the earlier fiscal stood at Rs 42.40 crore, Tata Coffee stated in a BSE submitting.
The consolidated revenue has elevated primarily pushed by improved efficiency within the value-added companies, the corporate added.
Total earnings grew by 1.40 per cent in the course of the second quarter of this fiscal to Rs 554.32 crore, in comparison with Rs 546.63 crore within the year-ago interval, primarily resulting from improved gross sales of prompt espresso in India.
