Sensex good points 300 factors in early offers, Nifty checks 16,700-mark

The frontline fairness indices on BSE and National Stock Exchange (NSE) prolonged their good points for the sixth consecutive session and opened round 0.5 per cent increased on Friday.

At 9:27 am, the S&P BSE Sensex was buying and selling at 55,981.78, up 299.83 factors (0.54 per cent) whereas the Nifty 50 was up 92.50 factors (0.56 per cent) at 16,697.75.

On the Sensex pack, good points within the early offers have been led by Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Nestle India, Ultratech Cement, Titan Company, and HDFC. In distinction, Infosys, NTPC, HCL Technologies, ITC and IndusInd Bank have been marginally within the purple.
