GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) has bagged Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award for 2020. Hyderabad Airport has been adjudged because the ‘Best Airport by Size and Region’ in Asia-Pacific area for 2020, in its class of 15-25 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA).
Airport Service Quality is the world’s main airport passenger service and benchmarking programme measuring passengers’ satisfaction whereas they’re travelling by way of an airport, GHIAL mentioned in an announcement on Monday.
